Why do my link sales and earnings always drop at certain times during the month?

We periodically have to remove advertisers that are past due or have declined payments. We try and give them as much time as possible to make good on these payments, but about 3 times a month we have to remove them. Unfortunately this results in a decrease of revenue for you and us.
